Our commitment, as your Realtors, is to provide the specialized real estate service you deserve, while working diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals. There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. Many elements of the transaction go smoothly, however, there many aspects of every transaction that are complicated and daunting. We recently finished our GRI designation. As graduates of the Realtor Institute we will join a small elite group of Realtors, nationwide, that have completed a 15 course education program consisting of 95 hours of classroom lectures and testing. Staying "on top" of the real estate market requires knowledge and education! We have completed the following real estate classes: Agency (3 hours), Ethics (3 hours), Trust Funds (3 hours), Fair Housing (3 hours), Legal Issues (8 hours), Strategies for Success (8 hours), Listing, Pricing and Marketing Properties (8 hours), Residential Real Estate Financing (8 hours), Marketing, Financing and Managing Commercial Properties (8 hours), Environmental Concerns, Construction Overview and Land Use (8 hours), Real Property, Tax and Exchanging (8 hours), and Technology Applications in Real Estate (8 hours).
